2025 SEASON
NIAGARA AMUSEMENT PARK & SPLASH WORLD PARK POLICIES
In order to ensure that everyone enjoys a fun, safe visit to Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World, we ask that each park guest please observe all posted signage and well as the following guidelines.
Behavior
We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.
Food Policy
Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not permitted into the Park through the Front Gate.
Guest Codes
Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World is a family park. We strive to offer a clean, safe, fun environment for everyone but we can only succeed with your help. Therefore, in keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for the health, safety and enjoyment of all Guests, Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World enforces a Dress Code and Code of Conduct.
Dress Code
- Waistband of pants, shorts or skirts shall not be worn more than three inches below the waist exposing skin and/or undergarments.
- Street clothes, cutoff jeans, swimsuits with rivets/zippers and street shoes are not permitted on water rides.
- Clothing or body art which Park management deems rude or vulgar, or contains inflammatory language or graphics, is prohibited.
Code of Conduct
- Foul language, unruly behavior, weapons, knives, firearms and glass are strictly prohibited.
- Running, line jumping, spitting and throwing of objects is not allowed.
- Any solicitation or unapproved distribution of literature, merchandise or food/beverages, including in any parking lots, is a violation.
- We are a smoke free and vape free park. Guests who wish to smoke and/or vape, may obtain a handstamp at the park exit and re-enter when they are ready to do so.
- Children under the age of twelve years must be under the supervision of an adult Guest.
Height and Safety Requirements
For your protection, height and safety requirements will be enforced on all rides and slides. Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights, may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at each ride. For safety reasons, taking pictures, videotaping or filming while on rides is prohibited.
Leaving and Re-entering the Park
Guests who leave the park and plan to return must have their hands stamped at the exit/re-entry gate. When guests return to the park, they must enter through the re-entry gate with a proper hand stamp. Transferring hand stamps is a violation of Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World policies and is strictly prohibited.
Lifejackets/Inflatable Swim Gear
Only U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets and swim arm bands are permitted to be brought into the Park. U.S. Coast Guard approved information must be displayed on the item. Items not permitted into the Park are boogie boards, swim noodles, snorkles and water guns.
Line Jumping
Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators will be ejected without refund and are subject to loss of Season Pass privileges..
Lost Children
In the event members of your group become separated, we strongly encourage you to establish a prearranged meeting place. Children should be instructed to contact the nearest Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World employee for assistance.
Parking
Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World is pleased to announce that ALL Parking for the 2025 Season will be Free of charge.
Personal Property
Ride operators and attendants are not responsible for articles left by patrons at the ride stations. Neither Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World nor its employees assume responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property.
Restricted Items
Outside food, beverages and coolers are not permitted into the Park through the Front Gate.
Radios and/or sound devices are not permitted in the Park and must remain outside. Outside alcoholic beverages or weapons of any type are not permitted in any area of Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World. Hoverboards, of any type, are not permitted on Park property at all. Selfie sticks and/or Go-Pro style cameras are permitted in the Park, however they are strictly prohibited from being brought onto rides and water attractions.
Soliciting
Solicitation of goods or services on Park property, including in surrounding parking lots, is strictly prohibited unless a written agreement is received in advance from Park Management
